What does the servicing price not include?
Additional parts and any extra labour outside the general service are quoted separately.
Is servicing subject to VAT?
Yes. Residential installations are VAT-free, but servicing and maintenance are not.
Do you offer a recurring maintenance contract?
A contract service is planned. Until then, book an annual visit and we will remind you when it is due.
Do you service systems you did not install?
Yes. We check and service any heat pump, solar, air conditioning or EV system.
